Back to Balance: Introduction to Crystal Consciousness. This course will introduce you to concepts that are basic to practicing Andean shamanism in the Rainbow lineage. You will learn simple techniques that you can use instantly to bring yourself back to equilibrium, raise your vibration and protect yourself from outside influences. You will enter crystal consciousness and learn how to practice it. You will be guided to journey to your own Sanctuary in the Crystalline City. You will learn and practice Haywarikuy, the breath that heals ourselves and through us, our families, our spiritual families, and our community. Set the tone for the upcoming holidays. Prerequisite: A healing practice and/or (verified) courses of study in shamanism and a willingness to build a crystal mesa.
